The Giants have a far superior organization than we do structurally and philosophically. They draft better than we do, they hire better than we do. Compared to the Giants, we're not even in the same league.

Fact is, this team simply can't get out of its own way. Management is fckd because the Org Chart is fckd. The CS is fckd because there is no real philosphy. They simply wing it week in and week out hoping for a win.

Fix it? How about Nuke it instead.
