Its simple really. Don't flop on 12 draft picks and don't lack a pair of balls. If you are smart and show a little guts there will be no issues. Bowles is soft and doesn't belong as a HC. I'm not even for sure he is capable of coloring inside of the lines.
Idzik was responsible for them. I was saying that it was justified and with a HC being as inept as Bowles it is justified as well. Don't flop on drafts and don't be completely inept and you won't have to worry about a billboard.
Mac will be responsible when we look back in a few years on several of his draft blunders just like Idzik. Plenty of blame to go around. The whole franchise is a mess.
He was a bum last year too. What exactly did Bowles do that was redeeming last season? Go 10-6, lose to Rex twice, and only beat two winning teams all season?
I disagree at least somewhat. Last year he was making in game adjustments within the first game or two and did so several times during the season. This year, I'm not certain he has made a single adjustment.
This Is a sad thread and completely promotes everything I can't stand with this fan base. It's logic. It's a process. There is no quick fix with a roster like this, this was bound to happen. He may not be the coach to get us to the promised land but I don't want to be categorized as a fan of a fan base that becomes a laughing stock because they want to do premature over excessive stunts like this every two years. Sigh.
What does coach Bowles bring to the table? What business does he have being our head coach? Who has he held accountable? Have you seen an ounce of passion out of this bum? You cannot positivitly answer any of these questions. Therefore, he has no business being the coach of the Jets. When he gets fired in 18 months don't come crying to me.
