Read it... Wow... This could have been written by Cimini or Mehta or any Jet beat writer. We've all seen this movie before and we all know how it ends. At least those of us who aren't still getting facials from Rex that is...

The Bills have the Cards next.

I hope Larry Fitz goes in there and beats Gilmore and Darby like red headed step children...to death.

    Anthony Lynn calling plays?

Besides the fact Pegula called for Rex to make immediate change making Roman the scapegoat, this has lingered since last season being last in the NFL on 3rd down conversions. Roman does not know how to utilize his playmakers correctly...Sammy has 9 targets in 2 games, foot limitations aside that is unacceptable. Rolling in EJ for QB sneaks on short yard downs? FOU...Screen plays to Clay only instead of Bush or McCoy...41 minhtes to 19 minutes TOS because we can't sustain drives. Tyrod is not looking like a starter right now, if this keeps up we can void his contract at the end of the year paying him 9 million.

With all that said. Fuck Rex Ryan. Worse then Doug Marrone and Dick Jauron combined.

Marrone was pretty good and he didn't want to stay! There is some major dysfunction in that organization.

Bills heading for 0-4 with Cards and Pats coming up. I have my doubts Rex will be around past the bye week 10. 3 and 6 is probably the best case scenario.

The Sporting News' Alex Marvez reports the Bills' front office forced coach Rex Ryan to fire OC Greg Roman as a "sacrificial lamb" following Thursday night's embarrassing home loss to the Jets.
Per Marvez, the front office "leaned on" Rex to make a "significant change" in hopes of "appeasing a disgruntled fan base." Ryan couldn't fire himself -- and certainly wouldn't fire his brother Rob -- so he fired Roman, who took the Bills' offense from No. 26 in offensive DVOA in 2014 to No. 9 in 2015, and scored 24 points Thursday night against a tough Jets defense. Meanwhile, Rex's defense finished No. 24 in DVOA in 2015 after ranking No. 2 under Jim Schwartz in 2014, and coughed up 37 points at home to the Jets. Marvez also confirms Rex himself "is feeling the heat" following an 0-2 start. The Bills are set up to start 0-4 with the Cardinals and Patriots next on the schedule.

    Dear Lord... dysfunctional.

Hahaa.... if true it's basically backfiring and making things worse.
Of course Rexbots will see that as an excuse for Rex.

I think it's obvious that Anthony Lynn sucks Rex's wife's toes far better than Greg Roman.

Whatever the reason I'm sure Lynn will be putting his best foot forward.

Getting a divisional rival's coach fired in back to back seasons, awesome.

The weird thing about all of this is that while Rex can at least claim some capital as a DC with the Ravens, Rob on the other hand, has had an abysmal record as a DC with Cleveland, Dallas, New Orleans and now Buffalo. That's a record only a brother could love.

If you think about it that's actually pretty insulting. Nobody gets fired for losing a game to the Patriots.
