To be fair, the word on Milliner was fragile... I liked the pick knowing it was a gamble (and we needed someone), but yeah, didn't work out.

I will admit that I was wrong, I liked the pick and I still believe sometimes you can make the right pick at the time and it just doesn't work out. Hind sight is always 20/20.
I think to say going into the draft that he had a label of fragile is exaggerated, although he had off season surgery he never missed a game at Bama.

It is great to know that so many Jets fans are so much more knowledgeable than the experts.

I still remember some Jets fans saying that he would replace Revis. And after watching Milliner at the Combine smfh

I said it hopefully, half in jest, half in seriousness, but I'll take the hit if he doesn't pan out. Even if he doesn't with his mental and physical attributes, I definitely think he was worth the risk.

If he does develop and become our franchise QB, what do I win? ;)

Better dead money than a deadly player who could kill our season by getting torched in the secondary. Smart to cut your losses on a bad player rather than keep him around just b/c you paid him more money...or, put another way, you don't want to compound a mistake by continuing to tie up that roster spot.

After Amaro, Sudfeld, and Saxton were cut, do we even have a TE on our roster anymore??

    Oh, so wise.

Luckily Mac had a fucking clue about Juston Burris, and we now have a better player. As opposed to some of the idiocy expressed here on the night we drafted him

In the AMC show Hell on Wheels the lead character's name was Bohannon. The timing of the show and the face that T-Bo was so damn slow I ironically took to calling him "Hell on Wheels".
