On the rewards site, on the left hand side pick "contact us" you will get a response box and on the upper left hand corner hit select and select rewards or points then type what you want to tell them and submit.

I never tried again last night after the initial problem and sent email. Just tried a little while ago and got the famed "failed to redeem voucher" message. Hopefully they will credit me today.

The rewards program is run by a group of amateurs. They wait 10 months before they mail out the 10-game signed helmets. They wait till the very end (July) to release a fury of auction items. They think they are giving away gold bars. They stretch the entire program out uncessarily. My opinion is they should give away as many things as possible in a 2-month period right after the Super Bowl. Let people redeem their points on a timely matter.
