I can't listen to that guy. If it's like any of his other interviews it went like this SAS - Curtis, holla at me as to whut you gonna do from here on out. CM - Well, I'm gonna try to rehab and get back on the field SAS - Heard dat, yo! Is all ya'll considering coaching and whut not? CM -I havn't really given it any thought. SAS - Tell it like you mean it, brotha! Curtis - Excuse me? SAS - Curtis, I've always felt you couldda excelled in any era, ya know, back in the day you wouldda had a big aZZ afro, know what I'm sayin? Curtis - Yeah, I guess SAS - Holla fo a dolla....My man!
'Tell it like you mean it' he does say that a lot. Hes a okay guy if he didnt yell all the time. I mean we can turn up the volume if we cant hear you. All the yelling aint neccessary.
Steven A. does go a little over board with trying to relate and sound a little different with the black athletes! But, I'd rather listen to him than some "dry mouth" like Jim Rome, who tries to act like he's down and can't relate; damn tennis playin wanna be! Steven A. is an articulate, educated brotha that can talk about most anything; you don't have to like his style but he does deserve credit for being able to get to the point and make his own schtick. I also realize when you get used to hearing the same people trying to break things down since the inception of radio/television, you kinda don't want to get used to anything else. Less the screaming, Steven A. is very solid, so get used to it.
LOL...you picked up on that? Yeah, I have been here a long time, with the same user name even. I did have more post at one time I believe? I think a while back when Petro was changing the board I lost my post count. But nearing 1000 has taken a while..I don't post much, but I'm always lurking...
Yea this is atleast the second time i've mentioned your post count since i've been here. Oh well, quality over quantity
