He's staying with a host family so he should be fine but he's traveling all over Europe. He's already done Rome (which scares me the most as to where they will strike--my favorite city in the entire world) and Budapest and a bunch of other places that I don't think would have been on their list but he still has Prague left. We rented an apartment right in the historic center of Florence and we're basically going to be traveling around Tuscany. Can't imagine Florence is the top targeted city in Italy --it's got to be Rome. _
