Money was good. I wasn't expecting they woulf sell. Put the tickets up last night along with parking at a ridiculous price and woke up and my tix were gone. Yeah I feel dirty but it is what it is.
Just curious, the Pats have been sold out since they hired Bill Parcells to make them respectable. That's 22 years. At what point does the "bandwagon" disappear? A fan born when Parcells was hired is now a college graduate.
I want to pat myself in the back. I totally, absolutely called this one. Marshall, Decker and Fritz and the place rocked. God Oh mighty it was heart attack time.
The bandwagon disappears at least five year after they stop making the playoffs. Nothing to do with sellouts, nothing to do with Parcells.
let them struggle for a few years like one of the other posters said and we will see the bandwagon disappear. although there are so many like you said that have been born into it at this point that it might take a few years. but in general the patsies fanbase was always horseshit and when brady rolls on it will be the same horseshit fanbase it used to be. these fucking patsies fans just popped up out of the woodwork in ct. they didnt exist in my area before they won that first superbowl. then the randy moss years put it completely over the top. but those kind of fans dont typically stick for the long haul. so we will see what happens when they go back to not winning the division every single year. and im not a jets fan that hates the patsies, but i do remember being in their shithole stadium back in the 80s and there were only about 8k people there. i remember going to a giants game there and the stands were 3/4ths giants fans.
