Call me crazy but one thing I noticed is that when Bill calls these early onside kick and crazy plays, the Pats tend to lose the game. When the patriot norm isnt working he panics.
The Pats are getting all of their overdue bad luck in one game. It sucks. They need to save some for the Jets rematch.
Serious question: How many games in NFL history feature a pick 6, a blocked punt returned for a TD, AND a punt return for a TD??? And, how many times has a team blown a 2 touchdown (or bigger) lead by giving up 35 unanswered points?!?!?! Am I dreaming?
As enjoyable as it is to see them get their asses kicked. It probably would have been better for them to win and clinch home field before we played them. That will not happen now. They may not even have a bye clinched with a 3 way tie with Denver and Bengals now.
I promise you that they would play us all-out, regardless of their record. They hate us just as much as we hate them.
