How many times did he drop back only to have JPP in his face within a second or 2 of the snap? He showed plenty of awareness today especially on the 4th and 6 he converted by himself.

That's true, and as I said, it might be a matter of his protection having been so good all season that he was unprepared for all the pressure today. I'm not killing him for it, but do think he shares in the responsiblility for those sacks today.

Are you joking? Three or four times during that game I thought how refreshing to have a Qb with pocket awareness and is one of Fitz strengths. If you think he should roll out instead of stepping up you really don't understand the QB position.

And is the perfect guy that Petty can learn from and hopefully become the guy at some point. There is no doubt that Chad sitting and watching Vinny only helped his development...

Preparation is huge for players, something a lot of young players never learn.

All I know is fitz is way better than genocide, Sanchez, Bollinger, Clemens, Quincy friggin Carter, maybe even Pennington. Vinnie had weis and parcells.

That's it Fitzpatrick rumbles. I know where his weakness is and I'm fine with it. I like that he, Marshall and Decker genuinely seem to like each other. I've been cringing for a decade every time I've heard "_______ drops back to pass" so its enjoyable watching Fitzpatrick.

The 4th down run was a great, heads-up play that perfectly epitomizes what he brings to the table.

    Marbles! Huevos! Brass balls!!

Guy was an absolute stud. He stunned those front running, obnoxious, douchey, entitled fucks up today. I loved every minute of it. People around me in 337 started to leave after we tied it.. GOOD. Fuck them. FITZMAGIC BABY!

I think the facet of his game I like the most is how completely in control of the offense he is.

It's like he knows exactly where to go with the ball and given time he gets it there.

Those three identical posts he threw to Decker were just masterful.

Can't throw a Pigskin through tissue paper but resembles the late Ken Stabler when he scrambles. I'll take it.
