We all would, 0-16 gives hope for a rebuilding future, potentially a franchise QB, 7-9 is just what we are, a garbage team...
This was one of the most embarrassing Jets losses I've ever seen and I've seen many.... Some of play calls were beyond stupid, decisions to go for it instead of scoring two field goals were asinine, and of course they forgot to show up in the first half... how typical.
In hindsight. I was fine going for it needing 2 scores in the 4th quarter. This was the Eagles game all over again. We shot ourselves in the foot repeatedly, and still could have won. Eliminate the mental mistakes, and we were golden.
Some of you need to get a life. It's a mid season game that they should have won. Oh well. If they win the next two, this one will be forgotten.
I wanted so badly to be optimistic about this coaching staff. What I've seen in the last three games or so, really has me worried.
5 points or 50 points it doesn't matter, a loss is a loss and the last couple of game this coaching staff has become very worrisome
People are angry and emotional. Give them a break. We have seen this same story over and over and over and over . . . for years. The Jets fall behind because of some huge, bone-headed mistakes. The Jets come all the way back, teasing us all and making us believe they are about to pull off a season-defining comeback, and then, they shit the bed with the game on the line. A good team scores after that muffed punt-snap 10 times out of 10. Plus, this was such a huge game in the standings. That can not be reiterated enough. Being 6-3, with the Bills at 4-5 and headed to New England, was just such a tantalizing situation to be in. But, as usual, the Jets tease.
These two really stand out for me too. Plus with everything that went wrong the game was there for the taking and the OC & QB were totally clueless.
Stop making sense!!! We lost a football game to drop ALL the way to 5-4 with only 10 days to prepare for Houston! The season is over.
Is anybody really surprised we lost? I mean we are the jets, we find more ways to lose games than almost any other team......
I'm sorry this loss was crushing, I'm totally devastated. Does ANY other team go through this? I know other teams suck, but do they crush you like this?
Glad I had to work tonight. Losing to the bills while playing in a technicolor nightmare is just embarassing.
R E L A X people, back-off of the bridge. We killed ourselves in the first half with turnovers. Most of the points they put up were a direct result of us giving the ball up. have to win the turnover battle each week! I'm not happy with coming out flat again in the first half, this needs to be worked on. Run the ball, please! I was not impressed by Buffalo; regardless of Shady. They play NE next, we play Houston. Take the time off to rest, get healthy and go at it.
You are the voice of reason but I still hate seeing this team come out flat, and it has for 3 and a half games in a row.
