Bowles dancing to Midnight Train to Georgia. Decker playing air guitar. Marshall with his funny interview. Im just really loving this new look man. Everyone is having fun and winning. Players are getting along, communicating with one another. We really are a new team
Here is the Jets official injury report. should update later with today's practice. http://www.newyorkjets.com/team/injury.html in addition to Revis, other DNP's included Decker, Colon, Ivory, Owusu, Mauldin, Reilly, and Walls. seems to me they are being cautious with some of the guys, especially the vets listed. Thurs report is always more telling..
Especially on a short week. We don't see any articles speculating that Willie Colon's career is over.
exactly... i think it's the media circus trying to invent a story. they are never accountable for being wrong, so they have nothing to lose. credibility means nothing nowadays, especially in this tabloid market.
Whoof, well there goes the Revis found dead in a car trunk by the river rumor. That one was coming out any minute now.
Am I the only one nervous about facing an eagle team with nothing to lose this weekend? I'll be at the game I hope we aren't disappointed
Any Given Sunday. The Jets are 55/45 to beat the Eagles tops. However that's true in MetLife on an given Sunday. If we catch a few breaks we're 3-0 and so far Bowles Jets are looking pretty good at catching breaks.
I wouldn't say they have nothing to lose. If they go to 0-3 they'll become a firestorm. They have their sanity to lose in this game. Also, the NFC east is showing some real mediocrity so they're right back in it with a win.
I'm never confident going into any Jets game and this is no different. I fully expect us to be embroiled in a tight game that may go either way.
This game worries me more than this past week against the Colts. Eagles are literally going to put out everything in order to avoid going 0-3. 0-3 could mean the end of their season already.
If we were playing there I would be much more fearful. Who are they gonna use to beat us in our home? Bradford looks terrible and Murray is regretting the day he signed the contract with him. Kiko Alonzos hurt too. 0 people on that team strike the fear in me.
Are you kidding? WE'RE the ones with nothing to lose. The New York Post - Our home town paper, had us at 4-12 this year. We've already won half of our quota. They're the Super Bowl team and have everything to lose.We should be about as 'loosey-goosey" as we're gonna get all year.
Yeah...from what I saw in "America's game of the week" last week...Eagles offense reminds me of Sanchez with Wayne Hunter at RT. Just totally afraid, lost, not wanting to make a mistake. They can't move the ball at all. My guess is if the stadium is rocking and we get to Bradford early...Jets will win by 14+ pts. I even think we will see Sanchez take over for Bradford at some point.
That one tweet suggesting it could be a career ender was hilarious. Those guys really get upset when they don't get information right away. Good for Bowles. Hopefully the Eagles will think he's out.
