I take pre-season depth charts as seriously as the regular season weekly injury reports.
    Not at all.

Or, amaro is our starting hb and is just listed as te3.
Your whole act is pretty old, champ:)

That's true, but since they probably won't be on the field at the same time, you don't find it alarming that Amaro isn't ranked #1 and Cumberland #2? I mean with their being separate positions listed under one position, does the TE have to be listed first? Why not list the better player first?

No one is freaking out. We're just discussing the merits of how the players are ranked and find it interesting. In case you haven't noticed, there's not a lot else to discuss and it's Jets news. How about your not "freaking out" over what other people decide to discuss. If you don't find it interesting, relevant, or worthy of discussion, fine. In that case, keep your yap shut, don't piss on our parade, and quit trying to be a censor or act like you're wiser than everyone else. When you do that, you just make an ass out of yourself and show off your poor reading comprehension, because not one person is "freaking out."

No one is over reacting, either. Saying that one is surprised is not over reacting. That's just stupid.

Why worry about it. Its a first depth chart. We haven't seen them run any plays and we haven't heard anything bad about Amaro. I don't see any cause for concern yet.

I'm not alarmed. Quit trying to read things into what others write. I'm a capable writer. If I was alarmed (or really cared), you'd know it. There would be no doubt in what I wrote. I thought Amaro would be a bust anyway and never wanted him on the team. I could care less that he is currently number 3 on the depth chart. I just found it surprising since Cumberland has been meh and Davis is more a blocker than receiver. I thought it would be interesting to discuss since so many posters like Amaro and think he's gonna be a stud.

There was some overreacting on that first page. I stand by my statement

I'm not worried about it mother fucker. Just because I choose to discuss something, doesn't mean I'm worried or upset or freaking out. Get real. Get a life!

Holy shit bro, you pissed off today?
none of my posts were meant to be condescending in any way. i just stated that it was made clear that amaro is going to be the hb. why the hell is that pissing you off?Try reading the text without being defensive.

LOL I was just making a point to get your attention. I'm not pissed off at all. I intentionally did that to show you what one of my posts look like when I am feeling passionate about something. When I'm pissed off or have some emotion, it will show and there will be no doubt.

I just thought the depth chart interesting and could make for some interesting discussion. After all it's something new, shows us a little more about how Bowles thinks, gives us some clues as to how things might shake out on the final roster, and it's something different than rehashing Geno, Rex, or the other topics we've discussed ad nauseum.

There was no angst, concern, worry, fear or whatever negative emotion you want to claim in my original posts. I do resent others trying to tell me how I feel or try to misrepresent my intent or what I say in a post. I'm a published author. I'm very skilled writer most of the time and am usually very clear about my feelings and intentions when posting.

If you will go back and re-read my posts, I agreed with you that I knew that Amaro was going to be the HB, then asked you a question. That didn't piss me off at all. There would be no reason for it to.

As for me "reading the text without being defensive" the same could be said of you to read the text without "assuming or judging what the other person is feeling." Read the text that's there, not your interpretation of what's there or what may be between the lines.

When you say that someone else is "over reacting," "freaking out," or "worried" it IS being condescending. It is being judgmental when you really have no clue what they're thinking or feeling. As I said before, I was doing none of those things. I was just trying to discuss something I thought was interesting.

    All good
On that note, i think the te3 designation shows us that gailey has a few amaro specfic wrinkles in store for us this season. I look forward to seeing it

    It's all good.

I can't wait to see what Gailey does with this offense. I would love to be proven wrong about Amaro and see him put up monster numbers.

Interesting. I never considered that. If I was a HC and some web geek did that, I'd have his ass hanging from the goal post or he would be used as a tackling dummy at practice.
