Was it REALLY neccesary for this Brady e-mail about Peyton Manning to get out? It's piddly shit as far as dirt goes, but it bugs me cause it actually proves his point that he didn't trust the NFL with his private information if something nonsensical like that (that has nothing to do with anything about deflated footballs) gets leaked.

Didn't NFLPA release it? Brady authorized it. Not like Wells team disclosed anything from Brady text or email. I think the release is intentional

You would think that NEP after this would stop the shenanigans. But I would bet that part of every waking day for their HC is thinking of ways to get around the rule book. The guy is a pathological cheater. Which means he can't help himself. And him and Kraft taught Tom Brady everything he knows.

I have way less problem with this then i do Kraft. BB* has never apologized or made any mistake about his win at all costs attitude. I Can't hate on that. Al Davis was the same way but he owned it where as Kraft keeps trumpeting "the patriot way" like they are a bunch of choir boys. Kraft reminds me of Hogan in the 80's "Eat your vitamins and say your prayers brother" meanwhile we've learned what a load of shit that was as well. At least Hogan was paid to put on an act.

the most fascinating thing was Brady's bitching about pool covers. ESPNs Outside the Lines should do a special on that truly difficult decision. Its admirable he can still play after that tribulation.

And it also confirmed that Gisele keeps his balls in a jar.

If nothing else, why don't you run that by your own parents to show them what a great job they did.

Actually the judge order everything unsealed, as is standard in Federal cases. What this does show is that Wells saying he just wanted to see relevant texts only was lying, (One of the many lies, Wells, the inept Commish, Vincent were caught in with the release of the transcript) as you can see from the email that he requested, he wanted everything, and believe me, everyone knew this was going to federal court, and the contents of Brady's phone would have been released with the testimony. I wouldn't trust the NFL to park my car, never mind get my private electronic information.

So why did he turn over the other two phones? You know, the ones that conveniently didn't include the date range the investigation was interested in?

The NFL released and disclosed ZERO Tom Brady texts or emails, nothing. Brady is responsible for taking his case to federal court. Wells and his team would face disbarment for releasing anything of Tom Brady personal 'affairs' before federal court ruling...ie only information released would have been pertaining to the case. Kind of like the non releasing of McNally and Jastremski personal information. Only facts pertaining to deflating footballs, going to ESPN, talking about 'a big needle for this week', and anything related to compromising the integrity of the game.

Unfortunately Thomas, his agent and legal team destroyed all relevant data (text, email) for the time period in question Sept 2014 to March 2015. Wells tossed Yee a bone and said "I will take your word for it".....'you do the search of the words/terms we have provided, and all communications of 3 specific individuals'

Cheat, lie, deny, deflect, deny, deflect, deny, deflect #patriotway

Yes that is true, but Brady and NFLPA ordered to push it out, NFL did not want, but didn't object untimately.

Guess what. There are 3 missing texts with JM around the time frame Brady acknowledged they spoke and met....................those are the smoking gun, you can bet your house.

No matter he destroyed his phone and didn't do others............... Bad News for Shady

Sooner Tom owns it sooner this all goes away. The preponderance of evidence staked high against 'terrific'. The amount of 'Brady' apologist writers is astounding. Pull the wool over, deny and deflect; this is not going away. HE KNEW

Recapping the most serious chatter on the texts. They're saying the 3 missing texts on Brady's phone are already on JM's phone. Second article has some detail.

    http://www.huffingtonpost.com/2015/05/06/deflategate-texts_n_7226664.html

Buried within the 243-page report on the “deflategate” controversy are a number of text messages that an independent law firm used in part to come to the conclusion that it was “more probable than not” that employees within the New England Patriots organization deliberately deflated the team’s footballs during the 2015 NFL playoffs.

For fun, The Huffington Post decided to round up a significant number of the text messages included in the report, and rank which sound the most fishy to us.

The relevant parties in the below exchanges:
-- Jim McNally, the official locker room attendant for the Patriots
-- John Jastremski, an equipment assistant for the Patriots
-- Tom Brady, the New England Patriots’ quarterback
    -- Unknown, an unknown person

    10. The text exchange Jastremski had with an unknown person regarding Brady being angry about the footballs he was using.

John Jastremski: Tom is acting crazy about balls
    John Jastremski: Ready to vomit!
    Unknown: K
Unknown: He saying there not good enough??
    John Jastremski: Tell later

    9. The exchange in which Jastremski told McNally that Brady, unhappy with how the balls were inflated, said McNally “must have a lot of stress trying to get them done.”

Jastremski: Talked to him last night. He actually brought you up and said you
must have a lot of stress trying to get them done...
Jastremski: I told him it was. He was right though...
Jastremski: I checked some of the balls this morn... The refs fucked us...a few
of then were at almost 16

    8. The text in which McNally says he’s going to get revenge on Tom by inflating the balls so much that they become “fuckin balloon.”

McNally: Tom sucks...im going make that next ball a fuckin balloon

    7. The text in which McNally says “Fuck tom” and then says “fuckin watermelons coming.”

McNally: Fuck tom....make sure the pump is attached to the needle.....fuckin watermelons coming

    6. The text exchange in which McNally implies he better be compensated for whatever he’s about to do with a “big needle” for Tom Brady.

Jastremski: I have a big needle for u this week
McNally: Better be surrounded by cash and newkicks....or its a rugby sunday
    McNally: Fuck tom
Jastremski: Maybe u will have some nice size 11s in ur locker
McNally: Tom must really be working your balls hard this week

    5. The text in which an angry McNally says “The only thing deflating [on Sunday]... is [Tom Brady’s] passing rating.”

McNally: The only thing deflating sun..is his passing rating

    4. The exchange in which McNally literally refers to himself as “the deflator.”

    McNally: You working
    Jastremski: Yup
McNally: Nice dude....jimmy needs some kicks....lets make a deal.....come on help the deflator

    3. And then makes a joke about letting the world know about whatever they’re doing.

McNally: Chill buddy im just fuckin with you ....im not going to espn........yet

    2. The text exchange between Brady and Jastremski in which Brady tried to calm Jastremski after people started whispering about deflategate.

    Brady: “You good Jonny boy?”

    ...

    Brady: “You doing good?”

    ...

Jastremski: “Still nervous; so far so good though”

    1. The text Jastremski sent Brady just hours after he clicked on a NBC Sports Pro Football Talk about the “deflategate” controversy.

Jastremski: Call me when you get a second

    Recap of texts and phone:

    http://deadspin.com/the-full-story-of-tom-bradys-destroyed-cell-phone-1722190784

after tom had the phone destroyed, before the appeal, he went to ATT and asked these things.

An AT&T executive wrote back and explained that, unless Brady was an AT&T Messages subscriber (he wasn’t), the contents of his messages were only stored on AT&T’s servers for three days at most and there was no way to retrieve the texts.

Brady was able to obtain a log of all his phone calls and text messages, and since he had not changed phone numbers, this included calls and messages during the mysterious four-month gap. These were cross-referenced against communications listed in the Wells Report, and for the most part (with the exception of three missing texts) they matched, as Wells was given access to both Jastremski and McNally’s Patriots-supplied work phones. This is one of Brady’s strongest arguments that there are no missing damaging text messages: since Wells had access to Jastremski and McNally’s side of any damning conversations with Brady, why did he need Brady’s messages?
Of course, Wells wasn’t solely looking for Brady’s communication with Jastremski and McNally, but also whether he had used a variety of deflation-related terms with anybody else. And as pointed out in the NFL’s questioning of Brady, there are also three texts exchanged with Jastremski on February 7 that do not appear in the Wells Report:

    Q. Let’s look back at NFL Exhibit 96, the letter from Mr. Yee to Commissioner Goodell. And I’m directing your attention to page 3 of the letter in the middle of the page. After Number 2, Jastremski, toward the end of that paragraph, it says, “The phone bills also show three text message exchanges on February 7, 2015 between 8:21 p.m. and 8:33 p.m. These occurred after the Super Bowl and were not mentioned or referenced in the Wells report.”

And that’s where we stand on Tom Brady’s destroyed cell phone. He likely gave it to his assistant to wipe after only owning it for four months. Most of what Wells wanted from the phone he was able to find on Jastremski and McNally’s phones, but crucially, Brady’s refusal to hand it over radically altered Wells’s opinion of his guilt, and was the main reason why Wells found that he wasn’t a credible witness.

......and it continues on it article (Brady deemed not truthful or difficult in the Wells Report)

The post I quoted stated "There are 3 missing texts with JM around the time frame Brady acknowledged they spoke and met". Not seeing that. I know Shannon Sharpe made that claim, but seen nothing to support that. Thanks.

This proves nothing. Unless you have video of tom holding up his I.D. with his mother in the room identifying her son while he loudly and blatantly tell them to deflate the balls then i don't see how Brady can't be exonerated. Right Stevo?

    Your first sentence is correct.

I think if 12 was photographed putting air in the tire of his Infiniti because it was low everyone in here would call it conclusive proof of deflating footballs and the Kennedy assassination.
