If Woody's political fortunes are as productive as his football fortunes over the span of his ownership, Jeb Bush is doomed to failure.

I think Jeb has been doing a pretty good job of that on his own, adding Woody is only going to speed up the process

Well according to the Donald yesterday, Jeb Bush couldn't negotiate his way out of a paper bag. We know that Woody can't.

Yet another reason to vote against Bush. Add it to the long list

Make 1.5 billion, then make him an offer he can't refuse...

My question to you is this...on what grounds do you find Woody's affiliation unpalatable?

    Jeb's last name?

    Jeb's Party affiliation,

    or his policies..

An honest answer on the first two is cool

And while I am not a Jeb guy, would appreciate an opportunity to discuss the latter at length.

    (Rand is the man)
    So name you objection...

So, you govern yourself, by name only..Citizen?

In the NFL, (the reason we are all here) lineage does lend itself to certain pursuits...

Like Mev!$ and his uncle...Like Peyton and Dad, or Luck and Dad...and so on..

So manners, upbringing and noblesse oblige play no part in civics?

We fought a war with Great Britain to free ourselves of a monoarchy, why go back?

We actually live in a defacto Oligarchy.

    Term Limits would fix that.

Politicians would not be able to hang around long enough to build the kind of behind the scenes political machinery, that engenders dynastic succession.....

Do you realize that Congress has a return rate of over 90%...?
