Every opportunity in the world and room and board at college. Those 2 scumbags would have probably radicalized in Kyrgyzstan though, but then they'd be Russia's problem. We also have the Russian FSB to thank for withholding crucial texts from Tamerlan and his mom about Islamic Jihad. Maybe if the FBI had known what the FSB knew, the attacks could have been prevented.
Tsarnaev actually has supporters on the internet. Some say he had valid reasons and the USA are hypocrites. I find this logic sickening, especially since I'm from the Boston area. He was a monster and I'm happy justice prevailed here.
