Just stop, just b/c you don't agree w/ me and I present better arguments doesn't mean I am looking for an argument. Namath IS overrated, that is 100% FACT, cannot be disputed. Sanchez helped us get to 2 title games. Brady is the best I have ever seen- doesn't have to be the best you have ever seen but he is the best I have ever seen.

please stay out of these discussions, go talk about someone that sucks and whine about them. You have proven over and over you don't have the slightest clue what you are talking about.

I like this new strategy by junc: If you disagree with him, you must stop talking!

yep, they deflect like you always try to do b/c you cannot keep up.

I don't care if I sway the average fan, anyone who knows anything about this game knows how great Brady is. It's unfortunate but 2 of the greatest QBs I have ever seen happen to play/played for div rivals. Maybe someday we'll get a top 5 all time QB? I hope so.

    Ken O'Brien > Tom Brady.

    He never had to cheat.

This sums up my feelings perfectly:

Or... and this is a bit of a leap, mind you... but perhaps it is now fair to wonder how a 6th-round draft pick who couldn't beat out Brian freaking Griese to start at Michigan suddenly evolved into the greatest quarterback in a generation. Perhaps it is also fair to wonder how Brady was able to win three Super Bowls with a pretty mediocre cast of pass-catchers. Perhaps it is fair to question how good Tom Brady ever really was.

That's the real shame of Deflategate, at the end of the day. Instead of looking back at one of the most remarkable and accomplished careers in the history of the NFL, Brady will forever be linked to a cheating scandal that landed him a four-game suspension from the NFL.

just because he's the best YOU have ever seen does not mean that it is true. He's not the best QB of our era. He is not the best of all time.

Tom Brady* is a fraud, liar and a cheater that is 100% FACT cannot be disputed. You forgot to add that.

Pats fans can deny it all they want, but Brady's legacy is indelibly tainted forever as a cheater.

It's going to be in the very first paragraph of his ultimate bio. All the championships, all the wins, all the awards but what will stick out is convicted cheater.

Suspended months after a SB win.

    The ultimate disgrace.

Look, the bottom line is that this infraction isn't a big deal and had little affect on game days. Why did they do it: because they thought they could get away with it. And Brady likes thinner game balls. Part of the 4 game suspension is tied to lack of cooperation, etc. This does not bring Brady down a few notches on the field: like to Ken O'Brien status. They're not comparable. And it's not impossible that many of these other guys did things to balls, too. Unitas, Marino, etc were not exactly Boy Scouts. We all know about Shula and the Fins and all of the kinds of ploys they tried to get away with. So it's not going to affect Brady's legacy. Off the field: that's your pick. If you are so offended by what he did ok. I'm not. I'm more offended by Ray Rice. I think Brady and NEP got a fair punishment that showed the league that these kinds of shenanigans will be dealt with appropriately. Teams will think twice before cheating.

Tom Brady also has 43 accepted penalties called on him for his career...
    http://www.pro-football-reference.com/players/B/BradTo00/penalties/

Don't forget those egregious acts of cheating since you rank them up there with deflating footballs.... Most common offenses include delay of game, intentional grounding and false start. Then there was the time in 2002 against the Bears when he was called for unnecessary roughness!

You might want to rethink your statements on his legacy after this new shocking research!

Now when we talk about Tom Brady from now on you first think...deflate gate. Then you think...cheater. Then you think...what if this cunt used deflated balls his whole career? Lastly you think...Not the greatest QB of all time.

Just stop. You speak like you present argument. I have not seen you 1. present argument 2. present evidence or 3. accept any point from the opponent. You just [babble] what you want to blabber about and then take tangential points to everywhere. No such thing as coherent argument.

This is my opinion. I think most NFL players think it's no big deal. It had no affect in the 2nd half of the Colts game or the 2015 Super Bowl. Look I'm not saying this is ok like you I'm happy there was significant punishment. Not the one year suspension supported by the crazies.
