What rule did I break? No moderator sent me a message of any kind, not even a private message....I was trying to re-direct the discussion on religion that started in a draft thread (not started by me, btw), and I set up a thread in the "BS Forum" and was trying to re-direct other posters to that thread .... then, all of a sudden, out of the blue, I notice that I am banned. Can someone please give me an explanation, either here or in a PM?

Who gives a fuck? Even if you were deserving of an explanation it wouldn't be a public explanation. Whatever it was you were doing just avoid it and anything similar going forward and move the fuck on with your life. I assure you, there is nothing interesting about your suspension that justifies the public spectacle you want to turn it in to.
Is this the "Official Why Did I Get Suspended For a Week" thread or is the same thread on the main board the official one. Because while I think we all deserve an answer, I just want to know for sure where to go for it. _
I just want a private (or public, doesn't matter to me) explanation from a mod about why I was suspended. I have gotten explanations for why threads were moved, or closed, in the past, so I just thought it was strange that I didn't even get a status update or anything about my suspension. I don't think I'm asking for anything unreasonable here. I can only avoid doing the same thing in the future if I know what it is that I did wrong, obviously.
Don't worry about it. You'd be surprised how many of us have been temp banned at one point or another. Sounds like a warning to me
Truth, it might serve you good to PM the mod in the thread where you made your last posts...I think it was the Bryce Petty draft thread. I think a mod there mentioned why they gave you a week. I think it was the overseer of TGG himself, Petrozza. Might be best for you to PM him
Thank you. ... Hopefully a moderator will send me a quick, private or public explanation, and then delete these threads. I don't want to turn this into a circus, I just didn't know who to PM about this...I don't want to complain or anything either, I just want a simple explanation, so I know what rule I broke....that way I can avoid getting suspended in the future. That's all.
OK, I'll try that. Thanks. He must have mentioned why he suspended me after I was already blocked from viewing the thread, because I never read anything where I was either warned or told that I was about to be suspended. I was in the middle of trying to stop the discussion on religion in that thread, and trying to direct people to a new thread I just opened over in the "BS forum" to continue the discussion there.
I'm surprised it wasn't for a longer period. Tom Brady should be so lucky... I'm not sure you realize the silliness of propagating religious debate on an NFL football forum.
