    He was on Michael Kay today and he just sounded so confident (not in an arrogant way), organized, intelligent and like a football man with a real plan.

    Kay asked him if, for his first draft, he was nervous or anxious.

    Mac said he had no nerves or anxiousness and said he felt pretty comfortable.

    Love this guy.

    If you can look at Mac non-objectively..and look at what he's done so far, you have to be optimistic..

    It just makes you realize just how bad John Idzik really was more then anything else

    When we first hired him I was worried that he was going to have trouble handling the media, but he has been awesome. He kinda has a filibuster strategy of handling the media, but it comes off so much better then the "how dare you ask me this question" answers.
