"The only thing deflating sun is his passer rating"

Pretty damning comment by McNally that Brady needed his balls soft...........

“More probable than not” carries important legal meaning

To the non-lawyer,the money quotesfrom the Ted Wells report suggest a mere probability that cheating occurred. But the specific terminology used by Wells actually indicates a belief that the evidence satisfies one of the most common standards used in a court of law.

“More probable than not” equates to a “preponderance of the evidence,” the standard that applies in most civil lawsuits. It means that the evidence makes it more likely than not, in the opinion of the investigator, that “New England Patriots personnel participated in violations of the Playing Rules and were involved in a deliberate effort to circumvent the rules,” and that “Tom Brady. . . was at least generally aware of the inappropriate activities.”

Why are you even talking about this if ball inflation is such a small factor? What a hypocrite

You don't know anything about football

according to the Colts, you could squeeze them...
that's why they were suspicious, and had reported them.

Someone on another board compared it to the eqivalent of putting too much pine tar on a baseball bat...difference being you also have an obstruction of justice involved in this case with the Pats clearly refusing to cooperate.

Doesn't look good for the Pats but moreso Brady. I'd be thrilled if Brady got suspended for the year but I doubt it. Said it in another thread but my prediction is that Brady gets 4 games and the team gets fined $1mil. No more but possibly less. Probably less. It's the Pats. They get away with murd...wait, never mind.

That's because he is too involved with politics and international affairs and barely involves himself with the team except when it comes to them winning and him taking credit for it.

That's funny cuz that's how it used to be until a certain QB bitched and moaned for his own team specific set of balls.

"Brady's refusal to provide us with his own emails, text messages and phone records on relevant topics, in response to our narrowly tailored requests, limited the evidence available for our review and analysis," the report said.

I don't think it really takes a genius to make the obvious inference here.

Well that report cleared nothing up with any degree of certainty. 100 days for a 51% hunch?

I'm guessing you read 5 pages. Either that, or you really are as completely stupid and spineless as I first thought you were

Nothing will come of this. I've come to accept the fact that the Patriots operate on a different playing field than everyone else. Expect a small fine, nothing more...

I read the whole thing. Including where they found illegally under inflated Colts balls too. Can't wait for that inquiry.

lol The 2 PSI under report, also was a lie.

Love how the Assistant Equipment guy keeps threatening 'Beach Balls, Rugby Balls and blowing those shits up'

Also liked the Equipment manger saying 'he was right, the refs fucked us' the 'balls were at the league legal limit'

First, that's the exact degree of certainty required in the vast majority of non-criminal proceedings. Don't take my word for it. Ask the next lawyer you see.

Second, there is an allegation that Brady willfully refused to cooperate and refused to produce evidence. When you do that, any doubts generally don't get resolved in your favor. Again, don't take my word for it.

You didn't read the whole thing, guy, you have been trying to convince people for months that you are a carefree surfer dude that casually follows the Pats and now you are reading and digesting a 243 page report in a couple of hours and spending the rest of your time arguing with Jets fans about it?

Sorry to call your bluff, but you are a complete fake.
