    Is anyone else surprised that Tampa hasn't anounced and signed Winston yet ? Really makes me wonder if they don't have a trick up their sleeve .

    no. why limit your options. wait until 1 second is left on your pick. maybe somebody make an idiotic overpay offer

    Since they put in the rookie pay scale i don't recall any team signing the #1 overall prior to the draft (I could be wrong and I'm too lazy to look it up).

    The funny thing is TB has not said anything and I wonder if they will actually take him at 1. It is likely, but I wouldn't be surprised if they went another direction.
