Their schedule reminds me of our last year. Feels like it's loaded with tough opponents at the beginning, almost designed to give a team bad start and maybe create tensions by the bye week. Of course BUF media is not NY's; I doubt there will be 6 hours daily devoted by BSPN to their struggles. Still, 2 tough div opponent + Colts + Giants to start is pretty heavy.
I actually prefer 1 pm. Wake, breakfast, game... By 4 too loaded for any house chores, the only thing still can do is watch more football.
Something tells me Buffalo will beat the Colts on week 1. We are going to have our hands full with them on week two.
I think Rexs act will work for them like it did for us the first two years. They will buy into his act they have the potential to be dangerous.Anyone who thinks we are gonna just walk past the Bills is dreamimg its gonna be a tough one.Good thing neither of us have a QB so its anyones game
They need to, but they will struggle to. Their head coach is all talk and little action, and he hasn't had the luxury of bringing in players at every level of his defense to acclimate them to his way of defense. That's what made things work with the Jets. There will be many missed calls on defense and the offense will be the side expected to carry the team, except Rex is famous for screwing with the offense, even though his fans will make up excuses for him. I'm guessing the Bills win 7 games, at most. More than likely it will be 6. They may even surprise everyone and win 9, but they will be on the outside looking in
If anything I'd rather get those teams at home early when their (the Bills') emotion will still be jacked up.
A bunch of Bills players were talking about how having spent time in Pettine's D the learning curve with RRs playbook isn't that bad. So there's that.
I'm keeping the title up as "fixtures" I love it.... we totally should just say fuck games and the schedule and just call them fixtures. Sunday's fixture will feature the Jets traveling to the Stadium of Light to take on Sunderland.
This is a light schedule that could lead to a surprise wildcard berth. AFC South plus Browns and Raiders is not exactly murderer's row. Plus the Giants "road" game will not totally feel like a road game. 10-6 is possible with decent QB play. Again, it could be a very weak 10-6 based on the schedule, but you don't apologize for Ws or an easy schedule in this league.
Put $10,000 in small bills in a paper bag and go to your closest Starbucks. Call me when you get there or I tell your wife you said she was huge.
