    Clearly you people don't understand the concept of tampering. To put it in simple terms even you can understand, it is not tampering if an owner talks in the PAST tense about wanting a player. Kraft said he wanted Revis during their negotiations but it didn't work out. Your owner, whose elevator doesn't go all the way to the top floor, said that he wanted a player that was currently under contract with another team. Don't get your hopes up lol.

    Lol Petty but hilarious. I really hope nothing comes of this, though. Both comments were innocuous and made off-hand. No malicious intent.

    Woody violated the letter of the law, maybe, but not the spirit of the law. Kraft is a borderline case but ultimately Woody is just taking a playful jab.

    Team B files a stupid, petty tampering charge against team A. Team A filed a stupid, petty tampering charge right back at team B to show the league how childish team B was being. The league tells both teams to stop being idiots and moves on.
