Guys...Stevie Johnson is not only a capable WR, but he can play special teams as a punt returner or kick returner.

If Harvin does not come back. Stevie is the perfect guy to bring on board...Oh and under Chan Gailey's influence he became a very rich man after performing so well in Buffalo.

    Maccagnan, time to move in?

I think Mac is satisfied where we are at with WR and is gonna take one in the draft.

The only other free agency move I can see us make is safety or offensive line

    pretty much.

we don't need more vets at WR, save anything else for the draft.

I wouldn't mind it for cheap, but considering he was due $5 mil, I doubt he's gonna come much cheaper. Pass, would rather go for the homerun at 6 if Mariota is gone or hope we can land Dorsett early in the 3rd.

I'd give him a look. That 49ers offense was a disaster last year, prior to that Stevie Johnson was coming off like 5 straight 1,000 yard seasons or something

Maybe an OLB if we're not gonna take one at the 6?

I think we can get one later in the draft. I can't see us going anywhere outside QB or WR at 6.

Bring him in as our 5th receiver but mostly to test Revis in practice. Since he had good games against DR. Kind of like a practice squad QB. But seriously he is a decent Wr and can make this team.

We could absolutely, 100% go OLB at the 6; though I would choose Mariota, edge rushers are the best position at the top of the draft this year. There are 3-4 blue chip prospects at that position, compared to just 1 (or 2) at the WR position, and much fewer at every other position.

I wouldn't be shocked if we took Vic Beasley or Fowler or Ray or someone like that. If Cooper and Mariota are gone, and we aren't certain about White (for example), expect to hear an edge rusher's name.

Wouldn't hate it on low guaranteed money at all. We can take olb or trade down first round and compile picks

If we can get him cheap enough I love the idea. Fitz knows him and he would give the outside speed and play of a WR. I know we have a fast receiver on the roster, but he has no catches.

I think I want a safety before we sign anybody else.

No thanks. I'm pretty happy with Marshall-Decker-Kerley as our top 3. Combine them with Jace Amaro and I'm pretty happy with the top 4 targets for whoever starts.

We still need another guard, a free safety, and a QB.

Cro got some more money than we thought. I think they have to pull back the reigns now as we have the draft, Wilkerson and soon after Richardson needs to be addressed. I don't think adding him is worth the cost..i think the jets are very comfortable with decker,Marshall and kerley.

I know everyone is hot and heavy for Mariota or Winston.
But I'd rather have White or Cooper.
    Much better upside.

I don't want Mariota at all but, what charlie caserly rely said made sense. If you believe in him you take him and sit him a couple years. It's not that much money to do so anymore.
