    Good point, but maybe because Revis' camp knew that whatever NE was
    If that's what he wants, pay the man. That seems like a reasonable contract. There is obviously some risk to it because we won't have an out, but an all-time great CB for $13 mil? In this market? Get 'er done.

    That would still suck. it forces the team to stick with him for 3 years with little cap relief if cut the last year.

    he still want 16 million a year… dammit..

    If the Jets are paying a JAG like Skrines $6M a year they sure as hell better pay Revis his $16M a year.

    Stop bitching about the money. Hes a once in a generation talent. You value the player not the position. Hes worth that money, Hes shown it year in and year out and was the SINGLE biggest reason Rex took our team of underdeveloped talent to 2 AFC championship games.

    I agree just pay the man. We already lost all of the power we had in the draft by the eagles trading foles.. that broke my heart not that we cant get him but now they can trade ahead of us. And Tenn can take him because they lost locker... i need some good news

    People need to STFU about the salary cap. It literally goes up every year. They should have never let Revis go. Give him whatever the fuck he wants and bring the man home.

    As long as this team gets a QB (hopefully Mariota), this is not a bad team at all..

    U figure highest paid cb is getting 14 and revis is best in nfl of course he wants over 14 but for some reason he has always been stuck on that 16 number
