gonna be in the minority and hope we keep him even though he is as good as gone, i understand the move and can respect it though
They may go back to his agent again now that they have leverage and see if he's a little more willing to take a pay cut. It would be nice to have him but not at that price now that Marshall is on board.
Let him. You don't sign players to keep them away from pats. U keep them bc they fit and make sense. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
There is the remote possibility harvin takes a paycut and we dump kerley. In an ideal world this happens but I really really wouldn't count on it. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
if you get him for 3 million less absolutely you keep him. he compliments Decker and Marshall perfect giving he would be the speed guy. not to mention he a Elite KR,PR, and Spot Rb
Yes if he agrees to this absolutely do it. Just doesn't look likely and I think he'll want to leave even more now that Marshall is here. For the record spiller fills the elite kr pr and rb duties just fine. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
I mean that's the one consideration even though I think he's 100% gone. Our top 4 receivers would complement each other SO well. Stretch the field/speedy gadget guy in Harvin. Huge, physical redzone threat/ yards after contact guy in Marshall. Shifty route runner/ physical possession receiver in Decker. Great slot guy/ possession receiver/3rd down monster in Kerley. Their skill sets would make for a perfectly oiled offense.
Very, very dumb move on his part not to restructure. Sure he can go to a contender but he could've made 5-8 here, may not get 4/year elsewhere.
there no possible way he thinks he is worth more than what Marshall is making. guess time will tell if his Agent made the right move
Of course you bring him back unless you find some other FA willing to come to the Jets and worth the money it takes to sign him. The only thing in question here is the 4th vs. 6th round pick that it would cost to do so.
