What kind of a question is that. There is no decision other than to take Chad Pennington and pray that his arm stays in one piece and he gets a ring or 2 and goes to the hall of fame. If he doesn't stay healthy then you find another bullet and take your shot again until you hit. Anything else is background noise.

It means that Macus Mariota ends up being just as good as Chad Pennington. In other words you are passing up the other players available for Chad Pennington, not the second coming of Johnny Unitas or whatever else you think Mariota might be.
