Kent Somers covers the Cardinals for AZCentral.

    What do you guys think?

I'm liking how things are shaping up

So am I. Obviously there's a mountain to climb, but I think the house is getting cleaned out completely...finally.

It's really a completely flipped team, I love it.

I know nothing about Caldwell. Is he any good?

What I really want right now is Marc Trestman as QB coach.

Seems like a longshot, since he'll most likely land at least an OC gig somewhere.

But if Woody was smart he would offer to make Trestman the highest paid QB coach in the NFL. Whatever it takes to bring him in.

I think an offensive coach should be looked as asst. hc. Checks and balance.

The guy I really want Is Keith Armstrong special teams coach of the Falcons. The Falcons haven't released him yet but our special teams have been horrible

Very True..Heard he was teammates with Bowles. We'll have a chance of stealing him when the Falcons name their new HC.

It seems like Bowles is putting together a staff that will allow him to focus on the big picture. Wise move for a new coach. No idea how this will play out, but the window dressing looks good.

I saw the qb coach linked to the Jets yesterday. Supposedly he's pretty highly regarded. If woody was smart he'd make Trestman the OC not qb coach.

    Via Jason la confora

Jets finalizing Cardinals LB coach Mike Caldwell as an assistant head coach. Sounds like Chan Gailey might not be a slam dunk as their OC
