Yeah.. Several close games comes to mind where we pushed the Ravens to the brink. Didn't we shut the Ravens out too? Sanchez threw for like 300yds, 3td's and 0ints... Yeah, Rex sure got even with the Ravens. The Jets should be so lucky.
How many times does Rex have to prove he is inept at creating a successful offense before people realize he isn't much of a threat as a head coach? Only thing that would save Rex in Buffalo is a franchise QB magically falling into his lap. He might find marginal success up there, but the Bills already had a great defense so he won't change much there and their offense is pitiful, so he won't change much there either. I see a bunch of 8-8, 9-7 seasons with a couple 10-6 or 7-9 seasons sprinkled in.
Rex made a huge mistake, Buffalo has no QB and no prospect on the horizon ready to take over. He'll lose the Buffalo job in a few years because he doesn't have a QB, it's why he isn't with the Jets still. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
they can run it and have weapons in the pass game. Get a decent QB and it can be like the 2010 Jets in a hurry.
exactly. They need a coach that can coach the QB position or else they are limited. They didn't do that. I guess we agree
If he can squeak into the playoffs, he'll be able to make some noise. Rex isnt going to help their below average offense shoot up the rankings. And he will have in game blunders like he did with us. He's certainly no lock to get in, thats for sure. Having said that, if they can squeak in as a wild card, that team will be able to make some serious noise.
Rex isn't an offensive coach, he put a good offensive staff in place here when he came here and as those guys left the O left w/ them. Let's see who he brings in for Canada's team.
