It was a great ending and felt like a continuation of 2010 w/ the way we pulled out so many games late. I wouldn't rate it as one of my favorites but it was a good game.
Really? Like as in your 2nd favorite Jets game that you attended? Or 2nd favorite of all-time? My favorites would include the 02 GB game, 02 IND WC game, 10 DIV game, 10 HOU game, 98 JAX game etc etc
all time favorite games attended is a great question, maybe worthy of its own thread but here goes: 1. 2010 divisional playoffs at NE 2. 2002 finale vs. GB 3. 1998 at Miami Sunday Night week 15 4. 1998 at Buffalo Sat afternoon week 16 5. 1998 div rd vs. Jax 6. 2002 Indy WC game 7. 2009 week 17 vs. Cincy 8. 2000 Mon Night Miracle 9. 2001 vs. Miami- come back from 17-0 at half 10. 2010 comeback vs. Houston
Games I have been to. Got caught up in the 9/11 anniversary and a fitting end to the evening. It was a special game to me. I've probably only been to 20 games and none were in the playoffs
Rex has been broken by BB. Rex, praises BB now. It's pathetic. He totally changed, and not for the better.
still always gives his teams fits. they win more than they lose but it's not easy like it was pre Rex
Damn, I'm jealous. I wish I were at the 2010 playoffs game vs. New England. Probably my favorite game that we were universally expected to lose. A great way to come back from 45-3.
Let's just see how Sunday turns out before we start calling him pathetic. Let's also remember that the Jets haven't been blown out by the Pats in over two years.... not since the Buttfumble game, I don't think.
Damn the 2009 home opener is beginning to feel like ages ago now =( ......it was my first week or two in my senior of high school. Now I am all graduated from four years of college =/
Boy U must be a real newbie since the only 2 games that EVER matter in NYJ history are SB3 & the PO Game vs Oakland in 1968 which sent them onto the SB
If rex got the team up for every game like we were playing the pats we would be a much better team. Shame it only happens twice a year.
Not necessarily so, the Jets organization may now actually hire a competent head coach and we perhaps someday can rival them for the divisional title and beyond. Perhaps.
