Your teams next QB is one of two guys and they are playing in the biggest game of their lives against each other.

I will probably watch the playoff. I find it hard to tell who will translate into the pro game..

Watch the QB closely. Look at his footwork. Is his body in alignment when he throws? Is he using his whole body or just arm throwing it? How accurate is he when throwing on the run? Watch his head, does he lock onto one guy or go through reads? Is he putting touch on the ball when it needs touch? Is he gunning it when it needs to be a laser? Is he just throwing it to a predetermined spot or actually reading the defense? Is he leading his receivers and hitting them in stride? How does he move in the pocket? When pressure is coming can he slide or move up and smoothly avoid it? Stuff like that.

I never watched that in depth I'll give it a try... Why I find the college game hard to evaluate a qb is cause from what I always see, the receivers are so much more dominant than the corners.. Allot of times the receivers are wide open, when it comes to the nfl these qbs are never playing with that kind of window. It's easy to hit a guy running open by 5/10 yards as where in the nfl( other than jets corners) there a 1/2 yard window. Much different throw they have to make.

I don't know why so many people think Harbaugh is the best coach ever.

There's a reason he's struggling with the 49ers and is at throats with 49ers management. Is he good? Yes. But i refuse to be believe he's the best option next year. Other candidates will slowly reveal themselves as the NFL season winds to an end.

From what my friends who are 49er fans have told me the York family claims they have a bigger penis then him so they are in a I've got a bigger dick than you contest. It's some internal power struggle and it has probably cost them any chance of winning the SB in the next few years.

I think with all the "circus" talk coming to a head again plus all the stuff the league has gone through this year, the Jets will shy away from Winston. I think he's too much of a gamble.

Since everyone wants a Ryan on the team we might as well throw this at the wall and see if it sticks

    Gm:Buddy Ryan

Head Coach: Rex Ryan (13 year extension)

    Defensive Coordinator:Rob Ryan

    Offensive Coordinator:Ryan Leaf

    Special Teams Coach:Kyle Wilson

The Ryan family can pretty much fuck off.

No offense to the Ryan family, of course.

Harbaugh at Head Coach, RGIII at QB, same RB's and WR's, improved secondary, BOOM! Jets are 10-6.

how would you feel about this?

    aaron rodgers comes to nyj
    tom brady retires
jets draft lebron james at t.e.
harvin restructures to a vet min
knicks also sign lbj and he will play bball and football at the same time

point is this is the best case scenario. that shit never happens, as a jets fan always prepare for the worst. we might not even get mariota, we'll probably end up hiring some offensive coordinator. no one wants to a toxic organization like this for a while.

that being said, in order to get a culture change we need to blow it up so we can start somewhere. our next head coach is probably going to fail his first few years but if theres a consistent positive vibe to the team, it can set up the next couple years after that coach leaves or gets fired. right now the team needs to concentrate on a sure thing and thats picking up mariota (a sure thing as in not being our franchise qb but we can actually know that we can draft the player) that assurance that you will be able to coach the 1st round 1st pick qb will attract coaches to come here. that pick means everything right now, and could mark the turnaround of the program

You forgot about getting Kyrie Irving to play the slot and be Fireman Uncle Drew.
