I just get tired of the same posters posting the same thing every week piling the whole of the teams problems on one guy - its an organizational wide problem and swapping out the HC isn't going to sort it - it needs a complete overhaul at every position - I would be perfectly happy for them to move away from Rex in the offseason but that in itself isn't going to sort this team
