I still diagree that Woody doesn't care and believe the crowd will have no impact. My question is his compentency to make good choices. Scream all we want, it was Woody that hired Idzik in the first place. Do you trust him to make good choices in the changes to be made during the bye week?

yes, we stink right now. the facts are also since Woody took over we have only had 4 losing seasons. One season doesn't define all his years here. this is the first non injury ravaged season we will have a losing record in.

I get the frustration over the team's lack of success. I don't understand the hatred of Woody & i dont think I ever will. That's not to say I'm a "Woody guy" b/c frankly I don't know him. But whenever the questions comes up as to why so many hate him the answer is almost always that "He has lots of money" & "Doesn't care about winning". If he doesn't care about winning why is he even in the business.?Read about his finances.He doesn't need the NFL's revenue.This theory makes no sense to me & suggests financial envy & the desperate need for a scapegoat above anything logical or worthwhile.
I believe Woody wants to win. Woody's problem is poor judgement in making decisions (Hiring) in running his franchise. Prime example, hiring a GM and keeping the coach.
Woody is not the most clueless own, the Wilpons take the cake for that. Woody has tried to win, he has spent money, but he just does not know how to.
I defend reality, it's hard to see things rationally when things have been going the way they have this season but I provide rational arguments.

What Woody needs to do is hire a Football Czar - a head of the football side of the business. Parcells, Holmgren, Dungy, Polian etc. Blowup what we have now and let the czar hire the GM and coach.

Making bad decisions I think is being clouded with doesnt want to win. People make bad decisions all the time that does not mean that they dont care or that they care more about money than winning. Keeping shit personnel around doesnt mean that he doesnt want to win. This isnt Madden. There are no "coaches" or GMs "ratings" where he could say lets go get Parcels hes a 99 overall or something like that. Hiring people is something far less tangible. Yes you can point to things on your resume but as I have said him keeping who he wants around doesnt mean that he doesnt care about winning. It may mean that he doesnt know what hes doing, but didnt he hire a search firm to find the GM who found him Idzik anyway. Keep in mind that is the same search firm that gave Michigan Brady Hoke, so maybe they are the problem. For everyone who complains about PSLs I dont get what you want. No owner focuses solely on winning without a care for money. Even the Steinbrenners now
