Julius is much better than Gates, and he absolutely torched Allen today for 2 TDs. Sanders is poised for a big game against Seahawks outcast Philip Adams. It's not even fair
Historically when a team gets blown out 9 out of 10 times they come back the next week and either win or put up a damn good fight. Will this game be the 1 in 9 out of 10?
Watch the Jets win, the world will blow up. The O line better be ready tho, Von Miller and Ware coming in
Heart only goes so far. Our receivers are so depleted and it's showing; no need to harp on the shit storm of a situation we have in at QB.
Expectations are so low for this game it's probably going to turn out OK. I can't predict an outright win, but Manning is the one QB who hates getting hit (more than any other QB) and starts playing poorly with fluttering rainbows begging to get picked, over throws, throwing too soon, etc if the defense can plant him 2-3 times early. Our top rated pass rush will benefit more from this game than from any of our first 5. When Manning gets hit hard he starts playing really bad. Cuttler, Stafford, even Rivers can shake off a hard hit and still play at a high level. Manning can't. Not even in a SB with everything on the line. Manning is excellent at reading the D, changing the play, hitting his outlet, etc so it's hard getting to him cleanly, but if any team can, it's our team. If the Jets can keep up their league leading smear the queer, it may play out very well for us.
Heart matters if they come out uninspired and flat after getting beat like they did then it's time for Rex to go.
There is some truth in that San Diego and Green Bay might just be 2 of the top 4 teams in the league. San Diego beat Seattle, and Phillip Rivers and Aaron Rodgers are the 2 best QB's in the league right now. With Calvin Johnson in the game the Lions are easily in the top 10 as well. It sucks we couldn't get a win against the Bears at home, but I think the absence of Decker and Milliner were just too much to overcome in that game. I don't expect us to beat Denver either. Every once in a while you just get completely fucked by the schedule. The NFC North is stacked this year with the exception of the Vikes, and the AFC West is stacked this year with the exception of the Raiders. It just so happens that those are the two divisions we play. Out of the Titans, Vikings, Bills x2, Dolphins x2, we will get some wins. There's even hope against the Steelers, Chiefs, and Patriots x2.
The good news is its getting colder around here hopefully it will be raining,Manning has a history of playing bad in cold weather so cross your fingers.Decker needs to play in this one he better be healthy
From an X and O's stand point, Peyton Manning is going to beat this defense either way. So do you blitz him or do you just send guys back? the Broncos are not running the ball as well, so if im Rex Ryan, I am not blitzing whatsoever. I rather Peyton pick us apart rather than kill us with the big play. The bottom line here is we will need good QB play, its long overdue.
And our offense was moving the ball the first four games, we just went up against the best team in the NFL yesterday. Broncos are right next them but I know we can move the ball on Denvers defense.
kind of curious to watch the game next week - you know its wrong and you aren't going to like what you see but you just cant help yourself.
