I'm going to be the first to thank Rex for his many many years of service but this will be his last year as the JETS head coach. Two AFC Championship games and a whole lot of mediocrity since then and it's quite apparent that someone new has to take over as head coach. It just amazes how bad this coaching staff is at on the offensive side of the ball.

The coaches, schemes, etc have to get changed because I cannot not fathom how hard it is to keep watching how hard it is for this DEFENSE to get interceptions or make a play on the ball when it is in the air or for the OFFENSE to throw a forward pass and WRs to find a way to get separation from defenders.

I will be the first to say that when the commissioner is in Chicago for the draft on April 30th that the JETS will have to get a WR with their first pick possibly and most likely being Amari Cooper and/or use their second and third round pick on legit weapons like Kevin White, Jaelen Strong, and Tyler Lockett to help this pathetic passing game.

You don't draft a QB that is not pro ready and essentially set him up to FAIL with no weapons on the outside and no clear #1 WR on this team.

That would have to be addressed later in the draft not early on because a #1 WR is TOP PRIORITY as of right now.

At this point, I rather have a top 5 pick because this team is not a CONTENDER and this OFFENSE is the definition of CHALLENGED!!!!!

Vince Lombardi couldn't coach this offensive talent to victory. The talent needs to improve. It's saying something when the best WR's we've had in the past few years has been an older braylon edwards and a dis-interested santonio holmes. hell, we kept clyde gates for like 4 years!!

How have the JETS done in that department again?!?! So you want the JETS to basically get another QB and give him these same guys to throw the ball too and then learn a whole new offensive system he never ran before in his life. That's the definition of INSANITY, doing the same thing over and over again and expecting a different result, good grief.

We will go on a 5 game win streak to close out the season, finish 6-10, get like the 7th pick in the draft that will have only 6 sure fire superstars in it.
Oh and Woody will give Rex one more year on his contract.

LOL, give me a break. As long as we don't have a Pro Bowl-caliber QB on the roster, QB is the TOP PRIORITY.

They will go for a defensive HC again...offense will be forgotten in the draft as the HC tried to create the perfect 11 man defensive combinations for all situations. Basic offensive game plan will be for the defense to score at least 2 TDs per game. They will not even carry a QB on the roster just play defensive players both ways.

Unfortunately, there is more than just 1 top priority.

OL and CB are just as big of needs. Unless we have the number 1 or 2 pick and there are legitimate franchise QB's there, OL/WR/CB has to be the pick IMO.
