I noticed that too. Whenever a player celebrates by tackling his teammate from behind like that I always worry that a knee will get blown out or a collarbone broken or something. It never seems to happen though- maybe players know how to do a soft tackle. It does kind of bother me though. I'm not saying a sherry and a foxtrot is the answer but you don't want to injure your teammate either.

I wish Washington slammed him to the ground at about the 20 yard line. I was at the game and going absolutely nuts during the return, but as soon as I looked up at the clock and saw that there was more than 2 minutes left, I thought to myself, "That's way too much time to give Peyton." I realize that you want to go for the score at all times, but in hindsight, we would have won the game if he was tackled before crossing the goal line.

Did anyone notice Brad Smith's speed during that play? Wow, the guy was at least 10 yards behind Washington and Miller, and caught up with ease before Miller reached the endzone. This guy is going to be special.

Isnt there a proverb for this? Something like "Don't do great things if you can't handle the congradulations."

I'm pretty sure Madden said that.

Ahh Come on...are you for real?? That was the best part of the whole game (I was there) If washinton didn't slam him down..somebody else would have. After the Colts just went up on us..we run back a kick to take the lead & you expect them to just jog back to the sidelines? That place was going crazy...Stop complaining over pointless S&^%$

Yeah, something like that. Flip the ball to the ref like Curtis and everybody slaps him five. It's not like I haven't seen this before, just that Washington really nailed him good. Believe me, eventually someone will get hurt. I guess I just have to hope it's not someone on GangGreen.
