Our idiot OC instead of running calls for a pass to that superstar Sudfield who is too damn stupid to even try to break up a jump ball and lets a guy step right in front of him. IF the jets had run it down, at least it would have burned all the Packers timeouts. 24-9 at half is a lot different than 21-16. Week after week, year after year, Rex Ryan and his incompetent staff get outcoached by another team that does the obvious (like running the clock down, kicking the FG, and padding the lead). Totally incompetent play calling-- If Geno audibled that play he should be sat down immedaitely. Dumb dips. And ya wonder why this team under Rex hasn't been to the playoffs the last 3 years. Definitely this. I have never opened my mouth against MM but he shit the bed today big time. After the first 3-4 drives, his play calling turned into a joke. If we went back to locker room up 24-9, the second half would turn out very very different. One word to Rex. Rex Elite defenses don't surrender 32 points in just 31 minutes of play time. Seriously disappointed sir, seriously disappointed.
MM had a terrible game today. Whether it be execution or play calls, not sure. But the Jets could not run on the Packers D which is surprising. Once Decker went out, you basically make it really easy for the defense. But I can't tell if MM was calling a bad game or the OL was just not getting push. Also, the Jets pass protection was iffy, Geno was off a handful of throws.
how many draw plays up the middle out of shotgun did we have to run before we realized it wasnt getting much? what happened to all the creative runs in the first half... or playa ction off those motions? whats worse then the play calling is how we wasted all 3 second half timeouts. also, we dont have an elite defense, just an elite dline. our secondary is the worst in football and our linebackers are in the lower half.
Okay fair point, but you're facing Aaron Rodgers, in GReen Bay. We had an insane mismatch with Sudfeld in man coverage on the outside. Brian Winters blocks his man and Geno delivers it for a TD, Jets up 28-9 at the half, getting the ball to start the 3rd quarter. It's a game of inches. But I still lay a lot of blame on Sudfeld for not just creaming his man there. He's huge, but now I can see why the Pats cut him. Not much awareness
Worst game for Marty in he tenure with us...First real bad game. Poor decisions on playcalls, player substitutions, and just that gaffe time out...ugh
Spot on...that two minute fiasco was where we lost the game. Its a ten point turn around for christsakes. Instead of 24-9 or maybe 28-9, its 21-16. Disaster
