Since we all have different choices and most likely no one will remember this post after the awards are announced.. MVP - Jay Cutler If he stays healthy. He's going to have a monster season in that offense. 45 TDs. Keeps the INTs at a minimum too. DPOY - Bobby Wagner This is a complete toss up. I'm tempted to pick Sheldon but I think Wagner completely breaks out this year and leads the league in tackles. Gotta go with him. OROY - Cooks Really want to pick Cody Latimer but Cooks is more of a sure bet right now. In that offense, on that turf, with that speed..deadly mix. DROY - Clowney He won't look like a rookie. Atleast 12 sacks. Possibly 15. Pryor finishes a distant 2nd. Coach - Rex Ryan Considering I think the Jets win 10 games this season it's gonna be hard for Rex to not finally get his due. If he pulls out some miracles with our CBs the league will take notice.
I posted mine in the predictions thread. However, I'll post here too. MVP Aaron Rodgers Offensive POTY - Matt Stafford (Calvin Johnson) Defensive POTY - Von Miller Comeback POTY - Rodgers if he counts, otherwise Julio Jones Coach OTY Trestman OROTY Bortles/Cooks DROTY Clown/Pryor
MVP- Peyton Manning OPOY- Shady McCoy DPOY- Earl Thomas OROY- Kelvin Benjamin (only if Blake Bortles doesnt get the starting job early in the year) DROY- Khalil Mack Comeback POY- Julio Jones Coach- Gus Bradley ^_^ (Jags are my sleeper team)
MVP - Peyton Manning OPOY - Jimmy Graham DPOY - Bobby Wagner OROY - Mike Evans DROY - Ryan Shazier Comeback - Julio Jones Coach - Chip Kelly
MVP - Drew Brees OPOY - LeSean Mccoy DPOY - Robert Quinn OROY - Brandin Cooks DROY - Calvin Pryor (A little bias, but with a weak secondary, he could make a lot of plays) Comeback POY - Arian Foster or Julio Jones (hard to say) Coach - Bruce Arians
MVP: Geno Smith he proves everything and then some. The other 31 teams consider themselves put on notice. OPOY: Jimmy Graham. DPOY: Mo Wilkerson. Full on beast mode. He drinks a chalice full of sacked quarterback tears after every game. OROY: Brandin Cooks DROY: Jadeveon Clowney Comeback POY: Julio Jones Coach: Bill Belichick
I think Tony Romo has a real shot at the MVP, the issue will be though is that his team will not win 13 games while Bradys or someone elses will. Romo finally has an offensive line, he has Murray and Bryant in contract years.
Holmes? If you mean, that would be silly because he was good last year. He is not coming back from an injured or a poor season. Holmes and Revis are the only guys I think you could be referring to. There is no way Revis would win a comeback player of the year award.
Oh, okay. I didn't even consider him because I find it too farfetched that he'd do well. I also wasn't aware that his name shouldn't be mentioned anymore.
