The Jets are in the game clawing and scrapping every week. It doesn't matter if the opponent is the lowly Titans or the towering Colts the Jets will be in it at the end with a chance to win.

It's a scary thought but that's how the Pats got where they are...

yep....and the pats have WON and WON and WON, so I think it's trickier for them now, cause they have loyalty to players that have are proven...

whereas we (Jets), are coming off 4 wins with NO expectations, not superstar name draft picks...

i'm tellin you...we'll be in the Superbowl next year, if not this..

I think what makes this team more fun to watch is that we now have better weapons in some areas- more creative play calling, guys like Leon Washington and Brad Smith who can force the opposition to gameplan a little harder.

Not to mention more agressive play calling, and a no huddle-offense. I think not having huge expectations this year has done wonders for our morale as fans...

I agree we look like the Pats when BB got there at the beginning. Even though Im not a NE fan they still do the same thing. Look what they did to Branch, they just replaced him with Jackson/Gabrial. The future looks bright.

I love this team. It's so much more fun to root for overachieving, selfless, gritty players than it had been to root for the underachieving teams of the past. How they played against the Colts says something about their character and about the way they have responded so quickly to Mangini.

I agree – I have been watching this team for over 20 years and I haven’t enjoyed the games this much in a long time.

I have been realizing over the last few weeks how shitty the games were to watch in the Herm error (era) despite some moderate success – they were really making me completely miserable and generally aggravated with the team.

Been a pleasant surprise so far.
