People freak out about these things because they imagine it happening to them, but anyone with half a brain doesn't let a dime sized tumor turn into a car sized tumor over 3 years, they go SEE A FUCKING DOCTOR right away. Pics online are usually of drug addicts or mentally retarded people who don't bother seeking medical attention
like I said - untreated. If one day you realize you all of a sudden have more than 2 balls, you don't show up for work or watch the price is right - you go straight to the fucking hospital. CAT scan, oncologist, operating room the next day. If it even gets CLOSE to 1 lb you're completely at fault
