I don't bash, I discuss reality. it's funny watching you guys make excuses. I put outstanding in caps for emphasis, to help those that don't understand what they are watching. to see a rookie go in there and do what he did was beautiful to watch but to the average fan if a QB doesn't have 300 yds they suck and did nothing.
Yes you do. And there were no excuses, simply an objective, unemotional recap of the game minus the emotional fanboy spin. And if 'game managing' should constitute "beautiful" to emo fanboys, then great, go kill yourself hallucinating---be my guest. Like I previously said: ok….whatever… You want reality? Hall of Fame. That's reality. And your "average fan/help understand" attempts to rouse? Haha, kinda original junc…kinda reeal original. Actually it's like listening to some drunk, over-the-hill diva (think: Bette Davis in "Whatever Happened to Baby Jane?") pathetically trying to save face alternately bashing and lashing out to any who'll listen……"I know more than 99% of the posters here!..why I'm the most interesting poster here!" a repetitive, broken record of self-parody… Don't worry junc, you'll always be 'beeeautiful' … "You?!!…Ha, why you're just an average fan Crawford!!.."
I'll never forget the feeling I had when I clicked on the Jets roster in 2001 and saw my name & my number matched up on the same line. Then the realization set in that I was a 47 year old slow-ass white guy...but I do ride a motorcycle.
LEE RILEY #22 (1961-1962, S, Univ. of Detroit) DANNY WOODHEAD #22 (2008-2010, RB, Chadron State) BURGESS OWENS #22 (1973-1979, FS, Univ. of Miami)
again, congrats on being able to read a play by play sheet, maybe you will watch games int he future and begin to understand what you are watching.
BURGESS OWENS #22 (1973-1979, FS, Univ. of Miami) As you know, that's Cleveland (by way of Univ. of Oklahoma) RB Greg Pruitt who was a blazer and whose practice tees read "Hello" on the front and "Goodbye" on the back. (responsible for the 'Greg Pruitt Rule' which disallowed tear-a-way jerseys that many wishbone offense backs wore back in the 70's). tsk, tsk.....temper, temper there Miss Davis......you're continuing to embarrass yourself. Please stop railroading this otherwise happy/fun thread with your insecurity-fueled potshots. And lastly, please stop following me around like the emotionally scarred little puppy dog that you are, nipping at my ankles. Thank you Ms. Davis, that is all.
