Hey max. I need to be in front of my computer to be able to say the section. But my tickets are upper deck sunny side, corner end zone. Row is 8. Maybe I heard him wrong about 219. Thinking about it, I remember paying 75 or 80 bucks per ticket.
Got ya. You might be right about the $219. I'm upper deck section 334 and pay $50 a ticket and $500 for the season (it includes the 2 pre season as well). If I were you it may make sense to see if you can get the 8 games if it is indeed only $219 more to upgrade. That would put you at about $55 a ticket without the need to pay for preseason also. It's kind of a steal especially if you sell a few games for the $75 posted face value. Very excited for this year.
I am curious to see how the secondary market works out this year. Now with stubhub allowing sales until the start of kickoff and the Jets allowing you entry using a mobile device all you need is the stubhub app and you can buy in the lot no problem. The guy in the lot who used to walk around selling tickets is now non-existant. Not only that who is buying printouts from someone they don't know.
It's going to be interesting. However, cell service fucking sucks around the stadium on game day and that may interfere with people actually buying that close to kickoff at MetLife.
If you buy in the lot you still need a way to print out the tickets. And cut off is 30 minutes into the game, not game time There's no market for Jets tickets at these prices, I expect a full season of below and severely below face value prices if you just wait until the day of the game
After 35, yes, 35 seasons with season tickets I too opted for the three pack this year with the intent of still attending most games. I live close enough to the stadium to be able to tailgate and leave if i can't find tickets, and still be home for kick-off, or damn close. What I just read about the StubHub app is very interesting to me, if true. I just downloaded the app. Thanks for the tip.
How much total for an 8 game season ticket and what location? Info like this helps us sth get more out of the jets or help us make tougher decisions easier
Hi 17a I paid 288 bucks for 3 game pack. Raiders, Broncos and Patriots. Section 308 Row 12. This place sells for 85 bucks a game but for 3 game package, they charged me 96 bucks a game. Not sure maybe tax was involved. They offered me to pay 219 more and attend 8 games instead of 3. But now thinking about it, they might have planned to move me to $50 section. It was a short call though. I said I am not interested and he didn't ask more questions.
These are some of the new things to the stadium Launch Crew: Look for the Jets Launch Crew, presented by Seasonal World, a new fan patrol that will be working the parking lots handing out giveaways and in the stadium shooting t-shirts into the crowd all game long. In-Bowl: An exciting new Jet plane and runway will welcome the players into the bowl during player introductions. You asked, we listened - More live RedZone will be featured on videoboards during the regular season. Expanded Street Food: There will be more street food options such as gyros and wings, and some old favorites will be expanded to the 300-level and Chase & Lexus Clubs.
Plastic Caps: You asked, we listened – You can now bring in and keep the caps on plastic bottles, just make sure it is factory-sealed soft drink 20oz or less. Stadium staff will review your bottle but not open it. Also, keep the cap when you purchase a non-alcoholic beverage at concessions stands.
17a_tailgater, is the plastic caps rule just for the Colts game or all season? Also do you know how many water bottles each person can bring in? I seem to remember it being 2 but not sure... Thanks
