James Hodgins hurt

    FB James Hodgins had electric stimulation on his back at his locker and treatment on his right knee before Friday's practice. That's what happens when you play football for the first time in a month

    wow we picked a winner he hasnt played a regular season game in 2 years

    A player who hasn't been playing football recently is bound to get sore. I wouldn't get worked up about him getting some stim.

    This isn't a bad pickup. He was one of the best FBs in the league a couple of years ago. If he gets back into shape we could potentially have a very good FB that CAN block.

    He has a total of 31 yards in 16 carries in his career.

    Yeah, but this is a really different jet team. In the past our FB could of possibly been the leader in recievng yards (Which has happened, richie anderson). Now it looks like wed on't go to the FB as much, and that means BLOCK.

    We didn't get this guy to run with the ball (except maybe short yardage), he's strictly been added to the roster to be a punishing blocker.
