Because he was a number one receiver but didn't put up amazing numbers. I think he's good value in the 6th. I wouldn't have drafted him earlier. He's got NFL size, he's on the big side but not big enough to be that huge down the field threat. He'll be better off working into the short game and knocking over smaller defenders or converting to defense. Generic statement here but either he'll bounce around the league a while or we'll use him the right way and he'll be a good player for us. I think he fits in with the MM gameplan. Throw him a screen and let him run over people.
I would trade our entire draft for Tampa's first 2 picks, Mike Evans and Seferian-Jenkins. The only picks I can get behind for us are Pryor, Jalen Saunders, and Dozier. And even though we got the best safety in the draft, I would have taken Cooks or Dennard @18. Having a bunch of mid to late round choices is pointless if you can't convert them into good players.
This guy looks way better than the 6th round. I wasn't too happy with Saunders. I liked Evans but I really like this. Great value IMO
I think he will be one of the better players we picked up in this draft, I watched Nebraska a lot and I love this dude. He's real versatile
yep, it's dangerous to judge Nebraska receivers based on production alone since they tend to be so run heavy on offense.
you guys are gonna like this kid. check out this hit he lays on Datone Jones: how bout layin down some blocks for our run game? this one's my favorite
I really like this guy... Think he has some serious upside. In a pass first offense, he may put up 1200 yards and be a 3rd or 4th round pick.
His hands are bricks if he doesn't catch with his body he drops it most the time. Hopefully they can work with him. :east he didn't cost us a 2nd.
It is sarcasm lmao Jesus. I should have posted that under my comment. I figured people would know I was joking haha
lol..ok..strictly going by youtube and other videos but here is my preseason guy. This it he guy I will be watching. That was some impressive heart and hitting. Has a whiff to it. Got to route for one underdog and this guy is the guy. Poster mentioned about brick hands and that could be the thing that brings him down but if it doesnt? Dont usually get off on the highlight nonsense but that was some good stuff. Nice traffic...hard to bring down...looks like he could be special teams animal at least. Very interesting pick.
Hell...if he can't stick as a WR I'd stick him in the secondary and let him lay wood for a few years! You can only tell so much from a handful of you tube videos but I can definitely see the upside!!
I like that he was used in the red zone in the video. Maybe he can develop into a good red zone threat by understanding how to use his size to his advantage. MM can use him to exploit a matchup he likes.
I hope you're being sarcastic. I haven't been able to read between the lines with you though, so I'm just going to have to assume you were being serious and are just a jackass. If you're trying to be sarcastic you're going to have to post it and follow it up with 4 explanatory posts please. Sent from my SCH-I535 using Tapatalk
