Just a thought ... maybe the tattoo is of a particular time Ms. Rex happened to be wearing a Jets jersey (that just happened to be a Sanchez jersey) ... and that event is what he wanted memorialized on his body. Players can come and go (and Sanchez went), but that's never going to change what she was wearing at the time. To put it another way, if Rex had a photograph (instead of a tattoo) of his wife standing there in a Sanchez jersey, do you think he'd be running to photoshop the number on the jersey in the photograph five years later?
I think you just hit the nail on the head. I do remember seeing her always wearing a Sanchez jersey for the press. Could totally be a tattoo of a specific moment.

Just be happy no one has made a bad decision like that. I almost did but thankfully I didn`t. I have no tattoos at all, simply because I don`t want to regret it later. Plus I feel I`m too old now for that sort of stuff. I`d rather spend my money on beer, cognac and some good food for the smoker/grill.
No tattoos here. This statement is ridiculous - do not let your thoughts about putting a tattoo on your own body cloud your thinking to the point where you assume everyone shares your opinion. Impossible that this is the case. That is like me saying I think people dyeing their hair is silly and I am pretty sure anyone that engages in that behaviour has a little bit of dyers remorse.
