Rumors is that Eagles are listening for offers. I would gladly trade a 3rd for him.

Dream on. As much as we would all LOVE to trade a 3rd for DJax its not gonna happen. Not with this GM.

I'm guessing that if Jackson moves it will be for a 1st and a 3rd.

To me not a great fit for the Jets. Doesn't he make 12 mil per and you would think a good in Chip Kelly's O. It's not the draft pick it's the salary.

Did he and morning wood get along? If so you know Marty is trying to get him. Decker and Jackson on the outside is dangerous. Maybe Idzik can get him to sigh a different contract

To be fair, the days of the Jets making character an issue died with Hess. Under Woody, and more so with Rex, character flaws have been like shit to a fly. Luckily sometimes these have worked out fine like with Cromartie and his penchant for bedding every female he laid eyes on. OTOH, Santonio Holmes didn't work out to well. It is a crapshoot with any player and the odds tend to get worse when character flaws are added in, so while I agree with you I don't think that will turn us away.

I hear Idzik offered a 7th but Philly said a 6th but our GM won't budge.

This guys a major headcase. If he could be had for cheap then I'm all for it, bc it would likely mean we take Ebron in the first round :)

But the way I see the draft in our current state is a WR in the first and then hopefully Sefarian-Jenkins falls to us in the 2nd.

Jackson wants to get paid more right? So it would be a trade + restructure of the contract or just a flat trade?

Eagles if they lose him, will have to find a way to replace him as it would be a big, huge blow!

Idzik needs to do something before the village is set on fire. DeSean Jackson would be a good start and free up the draft picks for other needs.
