lol I like the way Idzik has approached free agency. It's definitely geared more towards long term building from within than the last guy. He's letting the market come to him and didn't over pay for the big names on day 1 that we could have used but wouldn't have put us over the top. My fear is that this approach will cause us to miss out on Vick and leave us with Sanchez for another season.
Rich Cimini @RichCimini 2m Cards negotiating with Antonio Cromartie's agent, Ben Dogra, per @kentsomers. CB options disappearing for #Jets.
@NFL_Access: Cardinals are on the verge of signing CB Antonio Cromartie as the the two sides are currently negotiating a deal
Interesting, I did not know that. I think at this point we definitely need a corner because kind of like our WR core before decker, we have 3,4,5 etc but no 1/2
I'm very disappointed how they handled the cornerback position.. first we cut cro… ok cool well have a better replacement…we heard verner..we heard davis..missed on both..i mean...
Stokes, you gotta take it in context. When championship is decided by how fast you can press remote control bottoms, giving 4 picks for one WR makes perfect sense. Besides, if it doesn't work you can always revert to previously saved game.
If things go as expected, only corners left that are starting caliber are DRC, Browner (4 game suspension), and Terell Brown (maybe)
Remember when everyone praised the Pats for drafting The difference is Bradway traded down from a first round pick for Jolley whereas Idzik is most likely signing Pettigrew on the cheap...BIG DIFFERENCE
I don't want to pay a lot for a corner but I don't want to kill myself if we draft another corner in round 1 so add me to DRC fan base
Nah this is generation madden with salary cap off, fair trades off, and on rookie. For those who don't play madden, there used to be (maybe still are) an option to have no salary cap, an option to have all trades be accepted by the AI controlled teams, and rookies is the easiest gameplay level where a lot of the realism is nerfed in the game so you can consistently bounce runs around the tackles, throw off your back accurately, and consistently line up big hits without penalty
