    I've seen this story before with the two other crappy teams I root for- Isles and Mets. Owner more interested in keeping his money in his pocket than spending to field a winning team.

    Woody is not going to spend anywhere near the cap. Fans stayed away in droves last yr and revenue is down. This team will be run on the cheap by Idzik - book it....

    There are very few players I hate. Bad players like Wayne Hunter and Clyde Gates are just not good football players, not their fault. Players like Brady are good players on rival teams, but I at least respect them for their talent.

    But the way Revis has been the last few years, even just flat out refusing to play for Raiders or take any pay cut at all? He can go fuck himself. I'd never wish injury on a player but if he goes down for the year I'd have no sympathy.

    Revis at $12M and Brady at $30M means NE has $42M tied up in 2 players. When did they hire Tanny? I totally missed that.

    10 minutes ago they just had 12M more, no defender against our running game. Moreover, having Revis vs Decker (or similar) will allow them to concentrate more on our running game.

    he's never been afraid to spend in the past unlike those teams, the whole idea is that that mentality hasn't yielded the best results in the long run, so now its time to be more coatis with $$$.

    anyway, Revis is such a gold digger.

    I wanted Revis back bad but I am starting to agree with a lot of posters on here.

    New England just spent almost all their cap on a guy that defends one player. They still have one of the worst run defense in the league. Run the fuckin ball down their throat.

    The ONLY reason I'm pissed that REvis went to the Pats, is because he was a really good cornerback, and that's a big void in our defense now that we cut Cro. Who cares if he's on the Patriots? It shows what kind of person he is for sure. But can't you guys see Alfonzo Dennard is going to get abused next year opposite Revis and those shit safeties and linebackers are goin to get abused. We watched Revis get burned for touchdowns this year. He's not invincible.
