The drive home from work really sucks. It's either Francessa or Kay, both of whom make me want to drive off the road in disgust. Lagreca has his ups and downs, but often just bitches and whines about his teams.
It's tempting. I've liked the trial, but really don't see the justification in paying monthly for radio when I only spend an hour a day tops on the road.
Francesa's TV deal seems to be on hold. Although FS1 was reported, he never announced, and most recently he has said that the TV deal is in some sort of stand still.
I'm surprised you are still hanging on, I stopped listening after The mad dog left. I just listen to my music on iPhone. The Fan has become a joke.
im not a fan of somers, his little speech stuff has grown beyond old over hte past 20 years and he is a bit of a douche.
i only have 20 minute or so rides, i dont mind the morning guys, joe and evan are entertaining. but the afternoon i will put it on as a change up and listen to fatcesser from time to time but there is nothing worse than turning on the radio and getting punched in the larynx by suzyn waldmans voice. man, the mets suck but at least we have decent announcers to listen to. id not listen if i had to listen to that mess the yankees put on the radio.
At least I can ironically like Francessa. The dude is a clown, but is an institution. I'd rather listen to him than Kay, or Lupica any day of the week. That said I miss Max Kellerman, and BT.
Golf, the guy who said he was top 5, Francesa flipping out cuz he played conservatively or something. Francesa was RAGING though, screaming at callers etc. Ill find a clip later.
