It is hilarious. Woody could at least have let Idzik announce it to give him the illusion of control. But then again maybe Idzik's drinking the hard bourbon after today knowing he can't fire him now.
Growing up during the years of Kotite all I can say is all hail REX haha took a team who hell even I thought would win 4 games, and we were one game away from making the playoffs... I'll take it ! next years draft and offseason is big... lots of positives from this game to build on. LETS GO JETS !

I'll be honest, I was not the biggest fan this season because I knew one way or another we'd settle for mediocrity. And here it is, 8-8, and this team will more than likely stick with the squad they had this season. Now credit to Rex for getting a shitty team to 8 wins but knowing the Jets this will trigger a complacent mind set. Geno will stay at QB, the WRs will be minorly upgraded (my bet is a restructure with Holmes and a minor WR pickup), and the Oline will stay the same. Sorry to be negative but that's how I think it'll be, and a 6-10 2014 seems inevitable. I hope I'm wrong.
